„A” 4. tétel: A bírósági eljárás szereplői és az eljárás szakaszai

A felvilágosodás korában Montesquieu fogalmazta meg a hatalmi ágak szétválasztásának fontosságát. Ha a hatalmi ágak összefonódnak önkényuralom jön létre.
Három hatalmi ág létezik:
- törvényhozói hatalom (országgyűlés),
- végrehajtói hatalom (kormány),
- igazságszolgáltatás (bíróság).

„A” 3. tétel: Az emberi, gyermeki és diákjogok és kötelességek

 Az emberi jogokról a felvilágosodás korától, a XVIII. századtól kezdtek elmélkedni.
John Locke írásaiban fogalmazta meg az ember természet adta jogait, ezek az élethez, a szabadsághoz és a tulajdonhoz való jogok. E jogok biztosítását az emberek társadalmi szerződés keretében az államra ruházták. A társadalmi szerződés felbontható, ha az állam megsérti a jogokat, önkényesen irányítja az országot.

„A” 2. tétel: Szokás, hagyomány, illem, erkölcs és jog közötti viszony

Az ember társas lény, közösségben él. A közösségek életét társadalmi szabályok irányítják. A társadalmi szabályok lehetnek íratlan és írott szabályok. Íratlan társadalmi szabályok: szokás, hagyomány, erkölcs, illem. Írott társadalmi szabály: jog.

Is our country country rich or poor in natural resources?

The answer is not definite. We are abound in soils and water resources. However, we have just little energy resources and unfortunately several minerals of which we cannot extract anything.

From the 20th century the warming of the air is continously strenghtening.The deforestation and the desertification also help the warming of the air because CO2 in 50% is responsible for global warming.

The role of the ozone layer is decisive because if the ozone layer hurts the ultraviolet radiation can reach the earth’s surface which destruct human beings.
